Naah I think they were caught off guard this time but managed to spin it. Was there even a slight increase in security soon after the warnings? I don't think so. If they knew what they were doing then that is how it should have been. Everything popped up like mashoorms soon after US warned. Just watch the news dude you see more police/army guys than Foreigners in those areas. Clear sign of over compensating.

Other thing is, if they already knew about the guys (since they were warned), why did it take around 2+ weeks to catch them. Shouldn't have the story been "We arrested xyz in suspicion of plotting a terror attack on foreigners, bla bla bla" ?
