Can you also see attached photo of passport. You must provide immigration with a clear scan of all your documents. Please make sure the pages are clear and not cut off at the edges.
Can you please rescan all three of your documents. If you can find the most up to date scanner possible. Please ensure that the software and drivers are all up to date.
Do not use any external software or applicaitons or website. Use ONLY the scanners own software and keep your files at 4.5MB and below.
