Video footage has emerged appearing to show Russian election officials rigging ballot counts as Vladimir Putin celebrated winning a landslide victory. In CCTV the officials – who are responsible for making sure all voting is done fairly and legally – are seen stuffing ballot papers into boxes at polling stations around Russia.
