මචන්ලා.. මට දැනගන්න ඔනි දේවල් ටිකක් තියනවා.. need advice

1. can CID check people (including bags , pockets ) in any ware (including bus stands, stations, market places )

2. can Police check people (including bags , pockets ) in any ware (including bus stands, stations, market places ) in civil uniform? or uniform ?

3. dint they need open warrant to do those checking?

4. what is the law regarding to those things?

I don't know bn someone out here will help you out. Why bn are you selling kudu? I think for those kind of scenarios they don't want a warrant i guess.

yes they can ,, you can ask for their identification before checking to confirm whether they are police or not

they can.. ask for their police IDs to confirm whether they are police ppl or not.. they want a warrant if they are checking your home, office and so on.
