Thermal radiation- the radiation produced by the heat and light of the blast. This radiation could burn your skin and blind your eyes.(from light) This radiation also catch things on fire.

immediately drop down flat on ground, face away from the fireball.
close your eyes.
protect exposed hands or skin by laying on them.
remain untill the blast wave is passed.
check for injuries.
