    He along with that moron Johnston should primarilly held responsible, in custody and charged. Johnston for instigating violence, & equally moronic MR (who was the PM at that time) for knowingly not taking action to stop it. It's a serious offence.

    from where did long clubs came. They were not in the buses that transported them to Temple Trees , and no one carried clubs to Temple Trees!!
    So it is clear that clubs were already held there and were given or taken , in a high security area. MR was in charge of his official residence and prime suspect!
    people were transported with liquor and food in buses and they were asked to attack Galle Face demo by Jhony (video evidence circulated his meeting with these people)
    This is conspiring or or aiding and abetting Mischief, Arson, and Serious Hurt and illegal assembly.... etc . They are all serious offences and if committed by villagers would be sure to be in remand at least 14 days! or more ..
    Why no arrest? One law One country (excluding MR,GR ,Jhonny and rest of thugs of SLPP)
    But keep in mind that we were the world's first country to allow a Life Sentenced MP (who had filed an appeal against decision without bail) to sit in a Parliament! by decision of Court of Appeal !
    one reason that people took law to their hands, which I do not approve.
    we are living in a country where rule of law had deteriorated gradually and now close to anarchy .
    who said that you get the govt that you deserve!
