Instead of the shaky video a high resolution still images of the packaging would have been more helpful.
Unless you buy from a proper wholesaler, nothing can be guaranteed.
This looks a fake.

There's a small program named "ChipGenius" which doesn’t touch the data on the drive at all.
It reads the information from the flash memory chip inside the drive and lists all the hardware details.
(Some virus scanners issue a false positive for ChipGenius)
