What is the process of becoming a Sanga? Aren't you supposed to go and study somewhere for years? As I know catholic priests have a process.

Lot of fuckers go for the english. They let you live your normal life (do a normal job) for sometime before they ask you to commit to the life of a priest. So there are people who will just drop off even at the every end without committing. So only the people who are 100% will actually become priests at the end.
