Not only him Police had assaulted lot of youth in this incident. There were few video clips taken in blind alleys some corners from upstairs. there were too gruesome to watch.
If such clips were published in US that is enough to create protests eg Rodney King incident https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rodney_King
I am happy that our HRC had woken up from deep slumber and summoned IGP to answer.
But an innocent life's worth is not known by GR or MR
I do not know the truth of incident but my point is the behaviour of Police is sufficient to take action whether a person is dead or not.
