Sorry Madman your concept is alright, but your main proposition for religion discrimination is at its peak. I know a few muslim shops who recruit Sinhalese personnel, and some muslim shops only who recruit Muslims, This is very biased, Why? Because there are good people and bad people.

Have you heard of sunni muslims, and shia muslims, once a sunni muslim (Mostly like Sri Lankan Marakkala) entered a mosque of a Shia Muslim (very fair people, who have been decended from Iran, who have a basic percentage in sri lanka) They washed the mosque because they didnt like a non shia person entering.
