First tiktok was uploaded 5 days ago. yet this account has 2800+ followers. i expect this account to have tiktoks older than 5 days ago as i cannot imagine she wanted to start a tiktok account long after she went viral in social media.
I even doubt this is her real name. coz google search gives nothing. Instagram might also be fake in that case.

I assume one of freinds in her actual SM accounts extracted these and created these accounts.

though the Instagram seems old as 2021. If the TikTok account is fake as you say the girl leaving bestie comments on her tiktoks might also be fake (https://tikok.com/@tiyana.destiny) but she has tiktoks even from last year so I doubt that's the case. Anyways about her name Z is not usually in front of any name might be a silly zoomer trend. You can't dig everyone from google some people are complete ghosts. Many people I know IRL don't have any information about them on the Internet not even their names or emails

There was a Facebook post a while back someone claiming that he found a real account. That was few hours after she went viral. I didn't pay attention to that back then. I'll look into it later
