මෝටර් රථ වාහන පනතට අනුව කාර් එකක උනත් ප්‍රධාන ලාම්පු (lights) දෙකට යටින් තවත් දෙකක් සවි කරන්න අවසර තියෙනවා (fog lights ඇවිත් නැත්නම්).

මට මෙන්න මේ නීති කොටස තියෙන පිටුව සහ පනතේ ලින්ක් එකක් හොයාගත්තු කෙනෙක් දෙන්න, DMT website එකේ තියෙන එකේ ඒ කොටස හොයාගන්න නැහැ.

As far as I know such extra laps can be fixed with permission from Commissioner only. If not it is an offence under miscellaneous penal provision where specific penalty is not made. MTA act was overhauled with new provisions about a decade ago which required three year renewal of driving licence issued under new law. I do not know whether this provision was also changed in that overhaul but do not think so.
