Now Cabral and the gang(wimal, gampila PB, Bandula etc) will blame rating agencies, which they did from initial downgrade in 2019, soon after Budget of GR read by MR!! (MR ruined economy by investing in inviable projects such as Mattala, Lotus Tower, harbour etc)
Moody is a world renown rating agncy other are S&P, Fitch. They do their professional job according to their expretise. If not they will be found fault by investors.
So blaming rating agencies is like blaming a doctor who says that there is a cancer from CT scan.
Sri Lanka needed rating for ISBs and it is their duty to assess our creditworthiness.
