This is not 83 but a song in Pavana which did a premier in June or May 1987. This was before Indo -Lanka peace accord and second JVP uprising under the guise of Anti_Indian slogans and against Indo SL Peace accord signed in Colombo by Indian premier Late Rajiv and SL president late JRJ
JVP not only killed lot of people but also disrupted higher education for three years! After 1977 we got the lowest growth in 89-90 but our economy was not mishandled so we could recover! But if the same happens now....
