yes, that's the issue, first thing is first, sort out the lines and etc, it's the governments responsibility, would you like to go to any country, which is not your own, to support there people? they want to spend some quality time and have a good holiday, not to have an holiday ruin to support there citizens, right now its utmost of governments responsibility to settle these issues first, then we can vouch for tourists to come, whoever the tourists coming right now, know the situation, and will eventually come, don't need to tell them lies and bring them down? that's deceit.
