That's okay machan. Most of the people think investing in USD is profitable. But that's not the actual case. People will gain even this much due to the Exchange Controls of the Central Bank. Otherwise nothing can be gained. Exchange rate movements will be neutralized due to country's interest rates. This is called the International Fisher effect.

But this is not the case if you are earning USD. (for example from Fiverr/Odesk etc.) Then you will gain as long as the exchange rate goes up as you are not buying and selling.
