This news is wrong ne macho, Mir was deorbited in 2001 not in 1998.
And USA has taken the decision to deorbit ISS in 2020, not Russia.
Russia is planing to use parts supplied by them to ISS,to build a new space station.
I dnt think this is an accurate news source

But for the fat about ISS, I have lots of news sources about it. And all of them says that Russia plans to de orbit it.
