However, what I understand is, if you want to contest the fine, you have to go to the Magistrate Court of the province, where the traffic violation occured, which is a pain.. - every Magistrate Court in each province, supposed to hear traffic cases

This supposed to be the case in Aus too..

Wonder how the video appearence, works in this regard, in SL..

In a case of mine the Lawyer was representing both sides, although in 2 different cases but at the same time, which I found as Conflict of Interests..

Here even the Lawyers from the community legal centre or tenancy union won't represent 2 conflicting parties at the same time..
