Executive Presidency with 2/3rd majority
If they cannot make this better they should STFU and retire from politics. So far buggers have increased vehicle tax to maintain a bubble. What a dumb move

passing a gazette to amend the labor law's policy that grants permanent employees immense authority to avoid being fired, even if they are inefficient or incompetent of performing the job, is all that is needed for Sri Lanka now..

overnight, whole sri lankan system will be clean and effective if that passes.
Due to that ability to hire and fire employees like in the US and many other western nations, foreign investment will flood into Sri Lanka..

however, no government will approve such bill since Sri Lankans will just flip the government on that one change..
regardless of you having 2/3 or 5/6 you cannot do that in Sri Lanka.

IMF කොන්දෙසී වෙනස් කරනව වන්චාව දුශනය නතර කරලා බදු අඩු කරනවා කියලා නේ පච අනුරයා බලයට ආවේ
IMF හොද නෑහෑ කියාකියා ච්තුරන්ග එහෙම ඒ දවස් වල හෑලි ලිව්වේ

යකෝ පොහොට්ටු උන්ගෙන් පාර්ලිමන්ට් එක දුවනකොට උඹ ඌට මොකක්ද කරන්න කියන්නෙ? ඌට මේ පොන්න කොටාට වගේ උගෙම 2/3ක් තිබ්බද? නෑනේ. රනිලා වැඩිය සෙල්ලම් දැම්මනම් ඌට වෙන්න අර කපන අත්තේ කොනේම ඉඳන් අත්ත කපපු එකාට වෙන වැඩේම තමා.

ඒ කාලෙ රනිලගෙ අතේ තමා නියම තුරුම්පුව තිබ්බේ.. ලපයට දැන් 2/3 තිබ්බත් ඒ වගේ තුරුම්පුවක් නෑ.. මොකක් හරි රිදෙන reform එකක් කරන්න ගියොත් ජෙපි කාඩර් එක වලිය අදිනවා.. දැන් ඔය ටික ටික පෙරට්ටො සීන් එක දාන්නේ.. අරූට එහෙම නෑ.. මොකක් හරි වලියක් ඇද්දොත් dissolve කරා.. ඒකට බයේ සේරම කට පියන් හිටියේ..

මූ 2/3 තිබිලත් කරන්න පුලුවන් ලේසි දේවල්වත් කරනවද? කෝ අර වරප්‍රසාද අහොසි කරනව කියපුවා? සද්දයක්වත් නෑනේ? අපි කිව්වෙ නෑ කියයි ටික කාලයක් ගිහින්.

වරප්‍රසාද අයින් කරල රටක් හදන්න බෑ.. ඕකෙ වෙනනම side effects ගොඩක් තියෙනවා..

ලංකාව හදන්න ඕනම්, වියදම අඩු කරලා, නාස්තිය අඩු කරලා, හොරකම අඩු කරලා ආදායම වැඩි කරන්න ඕනා. ඔතන බදුම ඕනා කියල සීන් එකක් නෑ. ආදායම/වියදම බැල්නස් කරන සීන් එකක් තමා කරන්න ඕනා.

ඔය ටික නම් හෑමෝම කියනවා.. රනිලුත් කිව්වා.. මූත් කිව්වා.. කවුරුත් කරන්නෙ නෑ.. ඊටත් වඩා කරන්න ඕනේ විදිහ කිසිම එකෙක්ට තේර්න්නෙ නෑ..

ජෙප්පො අදාල නෑ ගාන්න බැ මෙතන. කට්ටිය ඉල්ලන් කෑවනම් අවුරුදු පහ කෙඳිරි ගගා කියන්න තමා වෙන්නෙ.

ඔව් ඒක ඇත්ත.. ඒත් උබ මේ ජෙප්පොත් එක්ක තියෙන පුද්ගලික ඇරියස් එක සහ රනිල්ට තියෙන bias එක මත තමා මෙහෙම කියන්නේ..

මම මෙතන point කරන්න හදන්නෙ පුද්ගල පාට පක්ශ වලින් එහාට ගිය ප්‍රශ්නයක් තියෙනවා කියන එක.. ඒක මිනිහෙක් පක්ශයක් සෙට් එකකගෙ ඔලු මාරු කරලා විසදන්න පුලුවන් එකක් නෙමේ.. මේ corrupted system එක
මිනිස්සුන්ගෙ DNA එකටම කිදා බැහැල තියෙන්නේ..

gov servants la wada nokarath kaatawath baya naththe oya law eka nisa.. unwa fire karanawa thiya maru weemak dunnath usawi yanawa..
