MELBOURNE

Melbourne was the best city for living for few years in a row. Vancouver in Canada came equal first few years ago, but Melbourne always first, or equal first.
"Climate, public transport, motor traffic, schools, shopping centres, hotels/motels/restaurants, ambulance response time, medical/hospital facilities, violence, tidiness, multiculturalism, airports, quality of air and water, cost of living, housing affordability " are few of those things they consider choosing the best city. Melbourne always come first, but Sydney most of the time end up around 20th, which makes me believe the truthfulness of these surveys.
