    if you are a web designer then yes you should definitely learn css properly. but if you are a web developer who's main focus is to develop data driven web apps then you can use bootstrap without much worrying about pure css. :)

    Come on dude Bootstrap is not about using CSS classes and praying things would work. I'm a backend developer and fiddling with CSS is hardly my job. I can't finish counting situations I had to compromise and fix the damn CSS for everyone's sake.

    Web developing is a tough area to work on. Catch up with all languages you'd need to use or you are fucked up as if you were working Bang Bros.
