Yes, about 2 billion years ago, our country was a part of today's Africa. But then the entire landmass was the much larger supercontinent Pangea. Due to volcanic activities, India and our country separated and drifted upwards to the current location, but it took about 2000 million years. and 1/10th of that time dinosaurs roamed. Roughly about 200 million years ago. And your map shows the exact reason why both we and Madagascar Island have gems.

yup, Indian tectonic plate is continuously pushing northward into the Eurasian plate . මේක නිසා තමයි හිමාල කදු පන්තියේ උස ටික ටික වැඩි වෙනවා කියන්නේ.
