What happens to these people? First they start their affair, then marry, after that appear on media (TV, news papers, magazines, social media) and events as well. Then come up with with stupid stories or getting hide from the society like how you said.
On the other hand normal people enjoy their life, face obstacles, manage them some times easily or difficultly, but stay together without getting married several times or being with many partners.
They expose everything to the society. But when someone asks about something that they don't like, instead of skipping them, they start criticizing the society or scolding...
