Any Company who is having a turnover of more than Sri Lankan Rupees One Million (Rs. 1,000,000/-) per annul or a Paid up Capital of Sri Lankan Rupees Five Hundred Thousand (Rs. 500,000/-)
Section 222 states that “The secretary of every company having a turnover or stated capital of an amount prescribed under this Act, shall have such qualifications as may be prescribed, having regard to the nature of the duties the secretary will be called upon to discharge”.

Articles වල objective දැම්මෙ නැත්නම් ඕනිම legal business එකක් කරන්න පුලුවන් company එකෙන්
Objectives දැම්මොත් ඒවට limit වෙනවා business activities
Tourism කරනවනම් Tourist board registration යන්න බලාපොරොත්තු වෙනවා නම් Articles වලට objectives එක දාල හදාගන්න එක හොදයි
SLTDA Registration යනවනම් Travel agent company stated capital එක Rs1 million වලට වැඩි වෙන්න ඕනි
ඒකත් incorporation කරගද්දිම දගත්ත නම් ලේසියි
