Japan is a highly developed country, so selling degrees didn't make them a foolish,undeveloped nation btw.

AND SL people getting technologies from those degree selling countries such as Japan, China, Russia and etc. LOL

I don't think so. Most of the foreign jobs, especially in middle east prefer western educated people than SL degree holders. I think you need to check again statistics about PG education. You don't know how many Chinese and Russian students qualify for so called top universities.

Russia and China are far more developed than SL, I wonder why these super intelligent SL people can't do anything for SL. Reason for that is they can't think, they just can only follow something. Again SL universities also sell degrees, FOR POLITICIANS. Eg - Mervin Silva

PS- if you can't prove it, you should not shout about it. That SL university lecturer showed the world how much stupid he is.

You are out of your mind... This is a major demand of lecturers increase the percentage of money spend for education(whole not just Higher education) from 2% upto 6%.. even Ethiopia provides higher percentage than Sri Lanka..Can you suggest more less...?

actually u are wrong, lot of people who study abroad are very happy with it than studying in SL. Many people said me even, they don't wanna be back to SL again.

oh dude, I almost finished MBA, I don't want any SL university.
Bachelor of Management degree in Russia
