තාම ඔය චැනල් එකට තොරතුරු දුන්න කියපු එකාගෙන් ප්‍රකාශයක් අරගෙනත් නැහැ, කොටිනම් කිව්වොත් අරු කිව්වා කියල කියන නිසා මූ ඇරෙස්ට් කරා මිසක් හරි හමන් සාක්ෂියක් නැහැ.

Care to explain what are the allegations against him..?

There's nothing concrete against him as far as I see. The news reports Sirasa & Derana both reported the following court hearings.

1. Forcing a 3rd DNA test to verify Sara Jasmine died at Sainthamarthu. 1st and 2nd was negative, the 3rd was positive.
2. He showed one of the bombers around the Katuwapitiya church.
3. He had misled police investigations on the murder of two poliemen. The murder had been done by Zaharan Hashim's people to seize the officers' fire arms.

Salley is named 3rd suspect.

My thoughts are as follows,

1 - How do we conclude anything concrete from this.
2 - Was Salley's assistance neccessary to scout around a church?
3 - How did he misled the investigations? Not clear. Just a mere statement.

It was claimed the Salley was the mastermind who did this for someone else's political gains. But I fail to see how he could be named a mastermind with these 3 allegations.

Also, even if he was behind this, I'm reluctant to believe that such a high ranking senior intelligence officer with that level of experience would directly contact these terrorist elements in a way that he could be traceable this easily.
