Just asking how can someone have right speech after right view.after the right view how can you involve yourself again as a person to do any of these.Those seems to be qualities that comes after the right view not like training again as a person to have right speech

Not sure what you mean. Person with right view (sowan) would still maintain 'self' knowing it is wrong.

Thats what i wanted to point out.its begin with sowan.after that only right effort comes.

They are working together. Not linear. Similar to dependent origin, you start with avijja but doesnt have to be. It is circular.

The it should start with right effort. not samma ditti.we all do other steps to get right view.But the person remains at last.thats why buddha placed samadhi at last
