blue chip company නිකම් company or country select කරන්නේ නැ , they thoroughly check the capability and keep good quality control team . that is what they did in China also. I know one project in HK, they bought precast units from China, for 10km viaduct. they send to China quality control team including consultant for check, rf, concrete and curing also.
