Sure, and there is nothing wrong with that, this is not about proving a theory to the whole world, it is about proving to yourself and that is what matters. All I am saying is someone with the practical experience can show you how to prove it to yourself using the things you already know, and I don’t think I can properly explain that in a forum in a fission that makes sense to everyone. So, people will see holes in my theory too and that is also pretty normal. This is the whole point why one cant verify this dharma by logics. You will see holes in other theories through which that has never been proved practically. Others will see the same in your theory.
These things can be verified neither by logics nor personal experience (before sowan). They all are personal views. My personal approach is to get what suttas say exactly as they are irrespectively if they align with my experience or not. I already see you have made lots of assumptions interpreting the sutta in the OP, which destroy the true meaning.
btw, did you reasonably assess what other theory was saying?, I haven't seen any logical reason for the rejection. Only reason was not aligning your theory.
Your personal approach is correct, that’s what we normally do when we learn and that works fine for worldly matters because our perception is within the realms of the world. But here you are trying to understand something beyond and that’s where you need the help and guidance of a person who has the practical experience. This person can point your perception towards the correct direction to interpret what hear and read to be in line with Nirwana. You will see this difference as night and day, not as some vague and blur signs here and there.
Yes indeed, main issues are:
- It ends up in the unknown (unknown dukkha... etc.)
- It is not explaining the method on how not to have carving and aversion using the four noble truths (anichcha dukkha and anaththa)
- Interpretation of dhamma is worldly

“I” is not only these 5 skandhas, when you say "I" there's more to it and this is what your interpretation of dhamma don’t see, probably this is what you are referring to as “unknown dukkha”?yup, that leads to an existing "I", which is a group of 5 skandhas..
