Dude there is nothing to argue here. The bitch decided to interfere with the proper process (probably to take credit for an issue that was a hot topic during the time) and court decided that she cannot do that. End of story.
I’m not here to argue, just to clarify the facts.
The Exam Department made their decision on September 18.
Some parents were unhappy with it and took the matter to the Education Ministry.
The Ministry proposed the same outcome after consulting an expert committee.
When the parents didn’t get the answer they wanted, they went to court, which upheld the same decision.
That’s the sequence of events , just the same conclusion from different channels.
Bottom line --> The PM doesn't seem to understand how shit is supposed to be done. Not the first time she had fucked up something like that. Remember 2 or 3 board papers been rejected, and then some circular getting cancelled a week or so ago.
