Some imbecile politicians opened up the banks/estuaries near Kalido (Moya Kata) using excavators against the engineer's advice and in no time the beach stretch disappeared. Now it's all stones laid well past the Tangerine up to Waskaduwa to stop the sea erosion.
Maybe @Heshan Daminda willl know the story.
