Why don't you talk to your GP first. He should be able to refer you.

Sometimes counsellors/ psychologists are better listeners and can suggest solutions

Psychiatrists are there to give medication, although we tend to go to them first

කතාකරන්න ඕන නම් හොද qualified counselor කෙනෙක් හම්බවෙයන්. Psychiatrist එක්ක නම් කතා කරන්න වෙන්නෙ නෑ.. පෝලිම දිග නම්.
