Speed and captchas. You'll have to go through a plethora of captchas when browsing (due to the IPs used by those VPNs being flagged as malicious/spam and/or blacklisted outright) if you go for a cheap VPN, both these VPNs have very low captcha requirements (clean IPs) and deliver almost full speed possible while having great review scores.
