We can identify a good researcher by looking at his/her google scholar account. Ones who has higher citations and publications, definately don't do PhD due to your reasons. Civilization runs on tiny bit of findings from that researchers. Innovation is a collaborative thing. Not one guy find something new in one day. All researchers regardless of race or country, will give their contribution to the progression of the civilization.</p></blockquote><p></p>
