I also don't go around asking personal things from everyone. But I have my own circle of friends and family which I am pretty confident to ask their personal things and I also share my things with them. That's the definition of being a friend I think. No need to personally attack me....
I recognize your right to have your opinion...do extend the same courtesy.
Now, about your last part, I don't go around and ask about personal situations from friends, neighbors or even extended family. ( I will do that for my immediate family, because they are my responsibility). But if someone reach out to me and ask for an advice with regard to a personal situation (could be exams or not what not), I do my best to provide the help/guidance I can.
My theory has nothing to do with seeing negativity in everything.
So don't put words into what I said.
It's about letting people decide for themselves what they want to share with us or what they would like to keep to themselves. Respect that right of other people.
Anyway the whole point of my post was if a person asks something like exam results from someone close, they don't do it to hurt them or to get a pleasure by seeing them failing. There are different kinds of people. We have to learn to cope with those little things. Not to hide from them.
