Visa වර්ග කියන්නේ student visa, work visa වගේ.  PR application process එකකදිනන් උඹට Provincial විදිහට apply කරන්නත් පුලුවන් කෙලින්ම Federal නොයා. හේතුව උඹට Province එකෙන් points හම්බෙන්න හේතු තියෙනවනන් e.g. graduated in the province උඹට Provincial nominee විදිහට තව points සෙට් වෙනව. PR process එකකට visa කතාවේ අදාලතවයක් නැ. Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot Program කියන්නේ නොදියුණු පළාත් දියුණු කරන්න, ඒ පළාත්වල community එක එක්ක කරන අලුත් program එකක්. මේකට Federal ද Provincial ද කියල කතාවක් අයිති වෙන්නැ. ඒගොල්ලෝ නොදියිණු පැති list එකක් දාලා තියෙනව. උඹ එයාලගේ requirements වලට ගැලපෙන කෙනෙක්නන්, ඒ පළාතට ඇවිල්ල ඉන්න කැමතිනන් ඔය program එකට apply කරන්න පුලුවන්.
