Cry out every time you're in a bad mood.. you will feel much better after you've had a good wail-fest!

Sit in a quiet place and tell yourself you're letting go of the bad mood and bringing in a great mood! Breathe in and out while doing this. It works, Promise!
3. Get LOUD
It's time to crank up the music.. discard slow, sleepy love songs and stock in happy songs which get you moving. (If parent advice enters, switch to the ipod and dance around the room )
4. Write your wrongs
At the end of a a bad day, grab your journal and vent! Put your emotions on paper and free yourself from the trauma. Write a list of the good things happening too.
5. Be involved
Go out, chill with your best buds.. have the most happening moments. Do the fun stuff to get rid of the boredom.
6. Dreamy day
Hit the bed as the bad mood could be the result of a late night the previous day. Sleep could be the best rest your could give yourself.

The times you feel bummer, grab your favorite chocolate bar and snack away the blues.
