I am also going through a tough time right now. But somehow few things clicked when I was searching an answer.

1. You might think you are at worse stage of your life (which is not true. you have soo much good things now. but cuz of your mindset you cant see them right now. (ex: if your mom is alive that is the most wonderful thing in the world. if you have something to eat today you are so lucky. google the stats to see who has no food or clean water to drink. you might realize how lucky you are.)

2. attachments leads to suffering. if you can reduce that you may will eventually become happier. I don't day dream about future now. because future is an illusion. past is also an illusion (but my mind can't grasp it.)

3. try to enjoy little things in your life. (ex: today you had a delicious piece of cake. think how sweet it is. how lucky you are to have it. this practice is called savoring)

4. Not everything is in your control. no matter how hard you try thing will not go the way you want. world doesn't work on our clock. accept it.

what more worse than suicide attempts
i've hit deep deep depression multiple times and tried that thing

you know what saved me? journaling
go for good old paper and pen or even a note taking app
write and write, release everything

now im reading those depressed words, and thinking myself what a stupid idiot i was during hard times

there's no such thing called luck if you got no money, no connections
therefore i aint good lucking...
