from latest info the Georgia army started to move in to South Ossetia

then the Russian army moved more troops in to South Ossetia from Russia

(Russia had some troops in South Ossetia froms some time)

Russian air force is attacking Georgia

this is all out war

USA is talking with Georgia

Georgia has not yet asked for help from USA

but they may
