1000/- TAX For Products from abroad!

Hi,

2day my Friend went to the Post office in Colombo to get his Wifi Router that he ordered From ebay, and he bought the License for bringing down Wireless stuff as they said.And when he went today he was asked for 1000/- to get the router! They have told him that from this month they will charge 1000/- for any thing that comes from ebay etc... If you want to get off this tax you must tell them that there is a Parcel coming from abroad before it comes to the post office... What do you think about this new Rule!
