We are talking about the importance of bathing everyday and the health benefits you can achieve from it. Most of the time we see patients scared to take a bath after a serious illness fearing that they will fall sick again. This comes from a time when you are not sure about the quality of the water. But nowadays water comes through a purification plant. So there are hardly any infectious organisms.
So it is very important to bathe after an illness or a hospital stay as soon as possible. With the weakened immune state after an illness you are more likely to catch a bug than later, and if you wash regularly then you are cleansing most of the possible infection contacts.
