It is reported that the sixth Mobile Operator is coming to Sri Lanka in December 2009. RTEC Mobile Lanka (Private) Limited signed the agreement to set up and operate a mobile and fixed telecommunications network. The venture is an investment of US $ 100 million sponsored by Global Electroteks Limited, UK.
