960GTX Fixing a display and Blu-ray audio causing FPS to drop

Update - Problem Solved Thanks to Crynet Game Booster of sachith19920726
(That's a one hell of a game booster, Never thought I needed one)

I have Nvidia 960GTX 2GB card. I have fixed a Samsung monitor using Dvi cable and A Blu-ray device for audio using HDMI. Everything works fine, audio is working fine, most of the games works fine. How ever Assassins' Creed Valhalla game has a huge FPS drop (19 FPS). I know 960GTX 2GB is underpowered.

But when I disable Blu-ray device FPS goes up significantly (30+ avarage)

Anything that I can do to have both Blu-ray audio and 30+ FPS at the same time?

They are probably sharing bandwidth & 2GB is holding you back.
It could also be power delivery issue or even a ground loop issue. (unlikely)

You could get a low latency pass-through receiver and try if it still does that. But it's gonna be expensive and probably not worth the price.

This could mean so many things. Driver issue / Application issue / Windows registry issue / Wrong settings / Issue with ur Blu-ray / issue with GPU.
Try connecting something else to HDMI. See if it keeps happening. That way you can at least know if your Blu-ray is causing the issue or not. (process of elimination)

definitely a bad time buy a gpu.. prices are crazy these days
maybe the issue is due to audio processing impacting the gpu performance?
what's the bluray device you've mentioned here machan?
