A Good Doctor Needed

A good doctor is needed for my phone....
About two days ago i dropped it. and now.. all the other features work but it says no network coverage. I changed the sim and it's working ok. I tired another sim with the same phone.. the same problem persists.So can you guys tell me where to take it... please. I'm really worried about it and i want my phone to get well soon.

normal Phone shop kadekata gihin hadaganna.. oyath etana inna.. dannawane nattam athule kali ain karai.. poddak balanan there are so many shops in coloombo..
