A new electric car concept

A new electric personal vehicle concept tries to convince the car makers to think about a cleaner type of car.

This compact and clean electric vehicle, designed by Sergio Luna, forgets about all the aspects of the modern car and uses a pod-like exo-skeleton to create something that looks more like a ball than a car. Inspired by the Segway vehicle this concept has only two wheels, and a panoramic roof that is also the front window. It can accommodate one person that, looking at the pictures, I can’t imagine how he will get in.

The car is powered by four electric motors, two in each wheel, but it also has batteries for keeping the energy.

Infrared Tracker Remote Control Car

"This is the first real innovation in remote control cars that I've seen in years. At the Hong Kong Toy Fair in January, this was the product that got all the interest. Why? Because it is a very clever and new technology, and it works great.

Here is the system: the remote aims an infrared beam "dot" on the floor, and you can aim it anywhere.

The IR Tracker race car instantly recognizes and "follows" the red dot. It is really interesting (and amazing) to see this technology work. And, it is very durable, and not too expensive.

You get one car, with these very cool blue LED front lights, and one handheld controller. As soon as you charge up the rechargeable car battery, and put the two AA batteries into the handheld remote controller, you are ready to run. This is a very well designed, and effective system. It works really well.

Try the newest technology, with our 30-day return privilege. You are sure to be satisfied!" — Richard

Peugeot Delta concept was designed by Ben Eden and this concept was an entrant into the 2008 Peugeot Design Contest. Peugeot Delta is a four-door, four-seat compact car which draws styling cues from waves moving across the surface of the sea.
Peugeot Delta concept is constructed from lightweight materials, in order to further improve fuel efficiency and boost its performance. The body of Peugeot Delta concept is formed from aluminium, while the door panels and grey colored wheel arch extensions are made from fiberglass.

Peugeot Delta concept are powered by two hydrogen fuel cells that positioned at the front and rear of the vehicle to help create a balanced weight distribution.

The glass roof of the Peugeot Delta helps flood the interior with light, and can be switched from transparent to opaque and back again at the flick of a switch. The roof also incorporates subtle wavy neon lights which underline the wave influence and provide a light source for the interior. Access to the Peugeot Delta concept is through remotely operated upward swinging doors. The mechanism which powers this extravagant entry method is housed in the ‘wave’ part of the body work.

Inside the Peugeot Delta concept the passengers are met with rotating seats which aid entry and exit of the vehicle. The rear seats can also be removed to increase cargo space. The steering wheel features an innovative touch-screen LCD display which is mounted in the centre and displays vital driving information. This unit is fixed and does not rotate with the steering wheel - for obvious reasons! The LCD screen can be turned off and the gauges that lie behind it used on their own to maintain a more relaxing atmosphere.
