Hey Tuffey, Lich is a hero (a charactor) in Warcraft III game. That picture is taken from the dota map in warcraft III. He likes to play Lich (the hero) very much when we play dota.

see that is my friend who playing with me.. wow man .. that is amazing hero.. if i got lich.. that mean im PRO.... wow man.. i really love that hero..
