some 1 tell me how to insert An Image into a post (when ever I tried It shows me somthing with URL but I didn't give up Still couldn't find the way)

It is simple, you need to create an account on one of the image hosting sites. I normally use http://www.tinypic.com/ (it is free)

1) Once you have created an account you could upload images there
2) After uploading the image, select the image and on your left hand side you'll see IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards
3) Copy the code starting from

4) Paste this code as is in your post and you are done
