Depends on the torrent ( I use only torrents ). Some gave speeds over 100 kbps and some as low as 10kbps

others are saying a different story. that's why i asked it.

What's CIR ?
I'm using Dialog HomeNet Plus package. 1mbps connection.

CIR means committed information rate

It is the average bandwidth for a virtual circuit guaranteed by an ISP to work under normal conditions. At any given time the bandwidth should not fall below this committed figure. It is usually expressed in kilobits per second (kbit/s).

EVEN I THOUGHT SLT IS THE BEST DAMN THING..... BUT ONCE I STARTED USING DIALOG BROAD BAND I SAW THE DIFFERENCE......

MY CONNECTION IS 1MB....

NO BREAK DOWN SINCE INSTALLED....
EVEN WITHOUT PAYING FOR MONTHS... HE.... HE...

Agreed mageth thyenne dialog wi max speeds nvr go below 50 KB/s .For rapishare with jdownloader its arund 56KB/s

Dialog Sukz because it have some limitation on bandwidth not like SLT ADSl

But SLT To have SLT ADSL You should have Fixed land line and enough space in your area lines


Dialog device is a mobile (Not Dialog brondband) device but SLT doen't

and My dear bro If u does not use Lap top What is the purpose of having mobile device .......


So My suggestion is take SLT ADSL
