His teacher was Abol Hassan Saba [Violin]. His student was Simin Agha Razi, Malihe Saeidi and … He was playing in Radio Orchestra [Ali Naghi Vaziri was Conductor of that orchestra]. Meftah recorded several songs in Disc. and published many book abut of Music Theory, Ghanoun structure, Ghanoun’s Method, and… He composed many songs for Ghanoun and Violin.
