Its better not 2 apply for ADSL in TeleShops.. Believe me.. it'll took nearly a month to give connection. go to the areas main SLT office directly, and , if u can, forward u r application to the highest officer possible. Ther should be a assistant manager for ADSL. If u do so .. u can have ur connection within 10 days..
